My xmas stay was amazing. The rooms are clean and cozy. I loved the fact that they provide fruit in the room. The hotel is located in a peaceful, easy to access location in the city. It's close to some popular tourist spots and restaurants. The staff was very welcoming and provided great hospitality.
The food was a bit pricey, but there are plenty of food options nearby. The shower drain wasn't working properly in some rooms, which needs maintenance.

The only downside of my experience was that the food was a bit pricey and I preferred eating out. However, the nearby restaurants were not as cheap either.
